I'd like to bring to your attention a problem I encountered recently with the e-mail customer service at Dream Products OnLine. Quite honestly, I'm usually somewhat satisfied with your Web site.

Dream Products,Inc. on feb. 7/20001
I ordered two set of two support bras.I recieved
them Feb.24,only they were to small,size 40,so I sent them back on Feb. 26/20001.For a size 42.I received
them yesterday,but I only received 1 set of two.So
you still owe me 1 set of two.Order#642916 Customer
#551268 Dept.#1000 I tem #88798 The bras are soice,
i love them.Hope to hear from you soon if necessary

For your information, I use Dream Products OnLine all the time. I rely on it because it's the best.

Despite this incident, I probably will use Dream Products OnLine in the futureand I don't know whether I can recommend this site to others.
