Disappointed in Dunkin Donuts

I ordered a ham and cheese on a French roll and received the wrong item. I told the man who made it, and instead of getting me what I ordered, he went back and just switched a couple things around. I guess he also put it back through the oven, because when I went to eat it, the roll was as hard as a rock and inedible. I am disappointed that a simple problem could have been fixed easily, but instead my breakfast was ruined because an employee was being lazy.

I would like Dunkin Donuts to just be aware of this so it doesn't happen anymore.
