You make it impossible for a buyer to report scams & spoof's! Or is it in all honesty that you don't care?
I have sent three reports in on scammers and received nothing back but an automated letter (s) asking me to call you. If you care about your falling reputation, get off your lazy behind and call the member's on their problems!

Get it together before you find yourself loosing more...
