Dissatisfied experience with EBay

I applied to place an item on eBay and was very displeased by the service I received. I was instantly hit on every side by fraudulent emails and instantly reported it. I was charged for an item that was never sold and had difficulty trying to get the matter cleared.

I would like for EBay to refund the money they stole from me and also if I can not get my money back then totally eliminate my account immediately. I am totally displeased with service I received. I believe that they are robbers in my opinion. The true fradulent thefts happens when EBay doesn't tell you they will charge you for an item that never gets sold.

I thought that with ebay, you didn't owe ebay anything until your item
got sold. Is that not correct?

Raymond,
You say you were charged for an item that did not sell. Are you
refering to Listing, Picture or Gallery Feees or Final Value Fees?
If you were charged for the Listing, Pictue and Gallery Fees my
friend, the item did not sell that is just the cost of using their
service.
Not their fault that it did not sell.
Did you have an exceptional write-up? Did you have crisp photos? Did
you have a reasonable Starting Price? Did you use Reserve Pricing?
BillR.
