In mid december I purchased an Abercrombie and Fitch jacket that was lited as 100% authentic new with tags from a Seller in Kansas. The jacket was shipped from China and was obiviously counterfit. I emailed Ebay customer service about the counterfit and received a form letter back by email that gave no information and told my to contact paypal. Ebay has shown absolutely no interest in shutting down a Seller of counterfit goods. The sale of counterfit goods is illegal.

Shut down this seller who is selling counterfit goods which is illegal.

It's "counterfeit." Sorry, but my teeth were itching after two
letters full of this misspelled word. ;)

Nate has it right in his below. Those are your two methods of going
after the seller. You can't get them stopped based on one
transaction.

They have no evidence that the jacket was counterfeit, except for your
word on it.

You need to file a claim with PayPal to get your money back (SNAD
Dispute) and leave them negative feedback.

Multiple complaints and claims for refunds on signifigantly not as
described items will result in the seller being suspended, not one
incident.
