fix my tile

Write a Letter to this Company

Its only been a little over a month and our LVT tiling is coming up not just one area but the whole house! I am tired of the give us 1-3 business days and the nasty and rude customer service reps. You already came out and admitted it was shoddy work and it would be taken care of.

Come fix your work. We spent $5000.00 and the flooring is already coming apart.

Empire sucks. Did you not investigate them before hiring them? Our
local newspaper's "consumer watchdog" person looked into their shady
business practices and basically issued a "never use this horrible
company" edict.

1-3 business days isn't bad.

yes i can understand wanting someone to come over within the hour but
it doesn't always work that way.

especially if they already have other paying customers lined up with
people during those days.

if they have to pull a person off of another job to fix this, then the
other customer might also be upset about spending their hard earned
money only to have the worker pulled.

Pepper, I think the "1-3 days" thing has been laid on the OP more than once. by Steve OH (IO) Tue June 12, 2012 @ 3:11 PM

stephanie b.,

Any chance you paid for this with a credit card and can use that as
leverage?

Maybe a call to your local newspaper or radio station if this letter
does not get the desired result.

I've seen their ads on TV here. Their "small" print and conditions got
my attention the first time I saw it.

Good luck. Stop back and let us know how this works out.

for years, not months. Is this Empire Today? They have some really
bad reviews on-line (and now they have another).

I always took offense to their commercials that said "Call MISTER..." whatever-his-name-was. by Steve OH (IO) Tue June 12, 2012 @ 3:00 PM
