10 days later and still nothing after reading all the horrible reviews online I am not surprised Every review I have given on all websites I get this same generic response.

Stephanie, we’re disappointed that you’ve been experiencing issues
with your product post-installation. We always want our customers to
be satisfied with their finished product, and we understand that we’ve
been in contact with you about this issue and have scheduled repairs
for later this week. Please feel free to contact us with any questions
or concerns at customersupport@empiretoday.com or call us at
888-588-2315 x4195. Thank you. Rebekah Clerk, National Customer
Service Manager

But no one ever answers and no one calls back. They were suppose to come fix my tile on 06/16/12 with no time window and called at 3 to say they were not coming but would "try" for 06/23/12.

Pups to doggie day care all day saturday 06/16/12 fathers day weekend waiting around for what? My next step I guess will be to report you to the BBB.

Fix my tile thats all plain and simple. Its coming up everywhere and if our sub floor gets damaged by water you are going to have a serious problem. I am not going to even bother to ask to be"comped" in anyway. I just want my flooring fixed. You can also rest assured that when someone asks me who put my flooring in I will tell them Empire and to stay as far away from you as possible. Horrible customer service reps with no training and lies upon lies is all you will get when dealing with this company.

Empire is a horrible company and their number one goal is to get
people to agree to pay their higher-than-industry-standard prices.
They also have very high-pressure sales techniques.

I think it's time for you to get this fixed yourself, then sue them in
small claims court for that cost.
