Enterprise Fort Myers Airport very Rude!

Where do I begin? In Naples Florida.. (non airport) location...I rented a car on june 12th 2012 because my car was in the honda shop getting painted...(3 day job) When I picked up the rental.. the enterprise lot ran out of cars, and I had to wait 45 mins to get a car from the oil change bay...( i was late to work) the reps in the location were so short staffed and over worked...and couldnt really spend much time explaning charges... This was a special rate that honda gets for the car at $30 a day...there was a road hazard fee included, that I didnt want.. but Mike wouldnt allow me to remove it..he said it would be the same price?? how is that possible..he couldnt explain it because they were so busy..and I was late to work....So they gave me some suv, that was wobbling down the highway...So I called the 800 number.. and they told me to change the car out before I drive to Orlando...they said to go to the Ft myers airport...I couldnt find anyone to help me on this evening...same day,, about 9pm on June 12th 2012...I drove around the airport enterprise lot and found noone...finally, I found someone...the rep came up..and rudely accused me of not wanting the car...and just trying to get another car for free....I was so mad at that comment...I told him...I am about to go off on him for saying that...and why would I waste my time...as I needed to get to Orlando.. and I was already tired....I went to the manager.. and he was NO help...he was laid back,watching TV when I went up to the booth...I knocked on the window..and he rudely said..SIR, we have no more cars....I said ? are you serious? I was told by the 800 number, you pull from budget. and hertz type rental places...he refused.. and gave me a old broke down crown vic that smelled of smoke and BO.....
I drove that car to Orlando...and it was raining...and the windshield wipers didnt work...and the car charger blew a fuse....
what a nightmare!
So I went to the cape canaveral location, and the girl was so nice.. she gave me options to get a safer car...
I was so happy and drove home..
When I got back to naples... it was again.. so packed...the girl working on june 15th was so nice and helpful, and valued my time ..and got me checkd out quickly...
every time I use enterprise...I deal with the Pine Ridge Naples and Bonita Locations...these are the best customer service guys on the planet! they are amazing...Zack is one...( he has my dads name) thats why I remember him...and all the guys that work there are cool
I wish I couldnt rent another car and with them for the weekend and..maybe a convertable or a charger...
I only want to deal with them from now on...
if you can credit me back for the extra day rental...I was told it would be 24 hour billing...and I got dinged for a extra day i didnt even use the car....I tried to bring the car back in the AM.. but the place was so packed.. I coulndt be late to work again.. so i rushed down there to take the car back on my dinner break....
