Write a Letter to this Company

I purchased an Epson SX235W wifi printer all in one and assumed wrongly that it would print photos etc from my Ipad2 could not get it to work under A4 print size rang Epson and have now been told that this printer is not compatible but know where in the paper work or on box that this is so, I also rang Epson originally to ask about the App for th Ipad and was not informed then so now I have wasted my money as I cannot see that Tesco where I purchased it from will refund my money and very very furious.

Please look into this for me and make sure that no one else makes the same mistake as I did and loses money.

Since when do items list products it wont work with a certain item??
They wouldnt do it simply because a future driver update could make it
compatible, and then they have tons of boxes saying no, when it fact
they are compatible now.

Its up to you to do research to make sure it will work with your item,
not the other way around. Never "assume" when it comes to
electronics, research.
