No Customer Service-the guy was yelling at me on the phone over him charging my account $45.00 for an accident I was in, when I was never in one! ALso, charged me 200.00 more dollars after I submitted my payment of 245.00 for car insurance then accepted to 100.00 monthly payments. THe gentleman on the phone told me, things can change and we have the right to keep charging your account. They don't go off the DMV Record, they use "word of mouth" from some "Agency" which never sent me the supposive accident report when i called!

I think they are fraud, I ended up with a 658.97 bill for two months! Stop charging accounts without permission, be truthful, and have customer serivce skills, and be honest like GEico! ESURANCE IS A RIP OFF!
