Today 05/16/2012
I received my the weather channel emergency radio.
(item # wc100)
When I opened the box.
I cranked the radio, turned on the flashlight!
That's it!!!!!!!!!!!
The only 2 things that worked!!!!!!!!!!
the radio clearly!!!!!!!
Did not work volume, am-fm, wb, alarm!!!!!!!!!!!
What kind of company are you people????

I am so very disappointed in Fingerhut!!!!!
So far!
Everything my wife and I ordered has been excellent!
Until now!!!!!!

I want to see a replacement!!!
ASAP!!!!!
Posthaste!!!!!!!!!!!
I "WAS" so i very excited about getting it because had heard so much about it since the 90's!!!!!!!!!!!
NOW!!!!!!!!!
extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!!!

But yup, I googled and found their website. Here's the deal. THe owner/founder of FIngerhut raided the company's coffers and created one of the largest pyramid schemes in the history of pyramid schemes. Whatever company is calling itself "Fingerhut," it's all a scam. Trust me. This company is out of my state and this was plastered all over the news for a few years. No one in MN would think to give that company a single dime of business.
