Marcelo does not find the coupons

I ask Marcelo for the price to check the a/c and he told me $40. I did ask if there was any special and he did not see any on the computer. I ask him if he was sure there was any and he confirmed that there was any specials. The price to check the a/c was $40. Then I pull a coupon that I just print out and show him the coupon that says $20 for checking the a/c. He says that the system DOES NOT show the coupons/specials. After that, people that got there after me left first when mine was a simple check.

Train Marcelo to make sure he could find the coupons and have better attitude with the customers.

Are you upset at Marcelo or are you upset with the computer system
that does not show the coupons/specials?

well arnt you the tricky one.

If you had the coupon then present it when you ask for the service.
If his system does not show him coupons then how is he supposed to
know there is a coupon out there? And what do you want him trained
in? How to find coupons on a computer that doesnt show them?

So you asked Marcelo for the price to check the air conditioner, & he
told you $40.00. You also asked him if there were any specials on the
air conditioner. He checked the computer, but he did not see any
specials. So you pulled out a coupon that states $20.00 dollars to
check the air conditioner. Marcelo then told you that the computer
system DOES NOT show the coupons/specials, & you want him trained to
make sure he can find the coupons?

Well...
Marcelo told you that the computer system DOES NOT show
coupons/specials. So exactly how is he supposed to be trained on how
to find the coupons in the computer system when the computer system
DOES NOT show the coupons/specials?

Exactly what was wrong with his attitude at work?

Why did you not just give him the coupon before asking him for the
price to check the air conditioner? That would have prevented the need
for you to post this complaint on planetfeedback.

I'm wondering why you didn't just tell him that you had a coupon from
the start of the transaction?
