Excellent Customer Service From Five Guys Levittown

Last night my husband and I got take out from Five Guys in Levittown, NY. When we got home and ate I found that my burger was not up to the usual Five Guys standards, it was dry and missing the onions I asked for.
I had not had a good day since I spent most of it at the vet with a cat that needed surgery so I was not in the mood to call the franchise. Instead I sent an e-mail via your web site outlining my complaint with the food quality.
I was thrilled to receive a call the next day from the franchise owner apologizing and offering us a complimentary meal. He explained that they reviewed the tapes and realized what happened and was happy to receive my feedback and will use it as a training tool.
This is excellent customer service! I received a response, apology and explaination in less than 24 hours. The owner even left me his number so that I could contact him if I ever had a problem again.
You can bet that we will return to this Five Guys and will look for them when we travel. It's great to do business with a company that takes feedback, both positive and negative, seriously.
