 Flat Rate Movers..the Best!

We recently had to hire a moving company to move my mother's furniture into storage since she moved into Assisted Living. My sister made the arrangements with Flat Rate Moving and I can't say enough good things about them.
I can't comment on the quote process too much since my sister handled that but I oversaw the move. Bernardo (the foreman), Enrique and Will not only showed up on time, they were early. Bernardo immediately introduced himself and reviewed the quote and contract with me. Once the review was done and everything signed the crew got straight to work.
They were excellent! Everything was wrapped securely, even items I said did not need special care. The guys were polite when they had questions, even asking permission to use the bathroom and get some water. I almost felt invisible as they efficiently wrapped and loaded everything.
Since the quote was all inclusive I never felt like I was getting hit for a bunch of hidden charges like I had on other moves. They guys even took time to listen to me wax poetic about some of the old pictures and things we were moving.
Once we arrived at the storage facility it was a matter of 45 minutes for them to move everything in. Again, I had nothing to do but unlock the storage locker.
We have another move coming up in the family and will be using you again as well as recommending you to anyone who asks. I actually had a smile on my face at the end of the move when I thought I would have a stressful day.
