Complaints About Forever 21

Write a Letter to this Company
First of all, as soon as I got into the store I was just looking around. I went to the shoes section and it was a mess! I actually found one shoe that I liked but unfortunatly I searched the whole shoe and purse department and couldn't find the other one. So I'm sorry but you lost my money. Second, I find it hard to navigate through Forever 21 so I decided to ask one of the employees where I could find "dressy tops", her response was "I don't know" in a rude tone. Lastly when I went to the cash register they said that they do not give bags to put your clothes in and that I had to buy one! I have shopped at Forever 21 multiple times and not once have they told me to buy a bag to put my clothes in.
I would like them to fix these problems.

I ask because a quick search on Ontario and it seems that the bag fee seems to be up to the individual cities.
And come 2013 it looks like the entire area's going to just ban them outright. So then you won't have to worry about paying for them or not since they won't have any, period.
So... don't get mad at the company for not "fixing" it for you - they don't have the ability to fix laws to suit your tastes.

I've been to FOrever 21 twice. Both times, the girls working there seemed to be working their asses off, and they weren't coming close to being able to pick up after the horrible slobs that shop there. Teenage girls are awful when it comes to shopping. My mom raised me to put clothes back on their hangers and to hang them up outside the dressing room -- NOTHING left on the floor or chair inside. I button tops back up as well.
If more customers did this, I think we'd find better service in the store becuase the employees would have more time.

You said yourself, "I'm sorry but you lost my money."
OK, problem solved. If you aren't ever shopping there again, how will you even know if they fix these issues?

After receiving poor customer service, did you ask to speak to a Supervisor or the store manager?
Your complaint could be sent to their corporate office. Then the corporate office contacts the store & asks to speak to a supervisor or to the store manager. If that person was not informed of the problems you encountered, then he/she will let corporate know that.
