Ate at Rest. #7680 on 7/30 My son order a super melt to get the happy ending sundae. When it came time to order the sundae he was informed his super melt did not qualify even though all the super melts were advertised as happy ending choices. To add insult to injury he was over charged on the bill for the sundae. Our server did not seem to be interested in giving any explanation. Our check #is1207.

I think we should be issued a coupon for a happy ending sundae at the very least if not a whole meal with A HAPPY ENDING SUNDAE OUR ENDING WAS VERY UNHAPPY

But seriously... did you ask to get your bill adjusted/refunded? I went to the Friendly's website (OMG the food looks horrible and wonderful all at the same time!). It looks like you need to order a melt/sandwich with a drink and for $10 it's a meal that includes a sundae.
