My partner and I were subjected to some insulting comments, including some harrassing hate speech, by a Vonage representative at the Fry's store in Duluth, GA, on 5/19/2012. After reporting it to the assistant manager, he, and everyone else at Fry's, including the store manager, were extremely supportive and quick to take action. The Vonage rep was told to leave. We will definitely be back, and will be sure to tell the story of how wonderful the staff was. Such clear action against any type of discrimination deserves support, not only in words, but also in giving them my business. I absolutely will consider them first for the types of products they carry because of this experience. I am particularly thankful to the assistant manager for the way he took such immediate action to resolve the problem.

Now the DOWNSIDE to this by MA Bellamy Posted Wed May 23, 2012 @ 3:42 PM is while the staff jumped in to fix the issue and should absolutley be commended, you know there's going to be some idiot out there who either saw this happen in the store or heard about it and will be all honked off that the company "supported" this. I'm glad they handled things, but I hate that in this day and age, it even had to come to that.
