I recieved your Symphonic DVD Recorder with VCR for my birthday. Yesterday we attempted to hook it up. With all the different connections that had to be made (DVD Recorder to TV to Cable Box, etc)we apparently messed up because while the unit showed that a DVD was being played, it wouldn't display on the TV. Finally, at 11pm Eastern, we called the customer service line. Imagine our surprise when a human picked up right away! The rep was friendly, easy to understand and had our display issue fixed in no time. The unit works beautifully now. I will defintely recommend you people. You are one company that understands customer service! Thank you!
