Yesterday I wrote about my glass shattering in my oven. Because of replacement price, I started looking for a cheap used stove. Well today I called in to Customer Service and waited for agent. This is what I posted on Facebook:
TYVm- I was looking for a stove as my GE oven glass shattered yesterday. Wrote to Planetfeedback about Shoddy GE Appliance and this morning GE is sending me the replacement part for 10 dollars instead of 145. I asked them to take responsibility for their manf. defect and they did. They also informed me that they are working on bringing all appliance mfg. back to American by 2014. So GE can still be trusted. TYVM Kelly L. 728954 for assiting me and understanding how I felt. Because of your professional handling of my problem I am not giving up on GE.
