I'm sure you know how important your products are to the people who buy them, so I hope you are willing to take seriously my complaint about your company's durability. My complaint concerns the Melissa diaper bag.

The changing pad that I have with my Melissa diaperbag has already ripped after having it for only a few months. I can't find a replacement.

Despite this problem, I will most likely end up buying from your company again.

Here's what I'd like to see happen: send me a new changing pad.
