Great American Cookies Won't Give Out Location Numbers

This post is awesome..i've been reading tons of crap posts from other
blogs, but shows you have a more educated reader base.

You know, they may not even HAVE it. That'd be like calling a
franchise McDonald's and expecting them to have a list handy of all
the other local McDs stores. That's just not the case.

Do you know what the difference between a "Corporate" and a
"Franchise" is?

The money DOES NOT all go to the same place, so while it likely would
have taken her seconds to locate and provide you the number, 1.)
That's not her job. That's what directory assistance is for and 2.)
If she is protecting her revenues, why would she send you to what
would basically amount to her competition?

So I'm left to wonder, just what "Customer Service" lesson is this
company needing to be taught?

Ms. Johnson,

If in fact these are franchise stores franchise fees and probably a
percentage of revenue goes to the franchisor and the remaining stays
with that franchise holder so I don't your statement.

Most companies these days have internet sites that offer a host of
information about a company and most have a Store Locator feature:

While you did not get the answer you wanted I bet there were cookies
