I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata from Green Hyundai on Dirksen Pkwy in Springfield, IL yesterday and I am happy, happy, happy! The process from start to finish was super easy! Colton McClellan is the best salesperson I have had regarding car purchases. He is knowledgable, friendly, and extremely patient. He isn't pushy and knows the answers to all the questions I ask. Before your car leaves the lot, he makes sure you have everything you need. Doug Matthew in the financing department took the time to explain everything in detail, including my loan documents, extended warranties and GAP insurance. He answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed through any of it. This is my family's 3rd purchase through Green Hyundai on Dirksen Pkwy and I will never purchase from another dealership again. Mike Quimby has such a great sales and service team at this location that once you go, I'm sure you won't want to go look anywhere else! Thanks for everything!! You all are fantastic...and I'm sorry I don't know every single person's name who made my experience a great one to acknowledge you too! Buy from Colton at Green!
