Wonderful Experience with Green Mountain Diapers
Posted Mon January 21, 2008 12:00 pm, by Anna K. written to Green Mountain Diapers
My husband and I are expecting our first child on 17 February 2008. I had thoroughly researched cloth vs. disposable diapering and decided that cloth would be the way to go for various reasons. After looking at what was available in stores (which did not suit my needs), I found Green Mountain Diapers by performing a simple Google search. I researched the company and found great customer reviews.
The GMD website had a huge selection of diapering options and was incredibly easy to navigate. I was actually overwhelmed by the selection and was pleased to discover the "new to cloth diapering" section. All the information that I needed was there, including what I might need to buy based on my particular budget, how-to's, and a range of various combination packages to chose from.
I decided that the "Newborn to Infant" diapering package best suited my needs; when I went to order I found that the DSQ Chinese prefolds were out of stock. Karen constantly kept the website updated so I knew exactly when those prefolds were available. I ordered my kit on 14 January and received an email order confirmation at 1015. An email at 1400 the same day informed me that my order had shipped via UPS and was scheduled to arrive on 16 January (which it did). Everything was just as described and a fantastic "how to" booklet was included. (My husband was nervous about trying cloth, but after reading the booklet, thinks that it'll be a piece of cake!)
I am extraordinarily pleased with the quality of the items that I ordered, as well as the amazing customer service from Green Mountain Diapers. I will continue to order from this company as much as I can and will suggest to anyone wishing to try cloth diapering to use Green Mountain Diapers!
Thank you for a wonderful experience!
