Dissatisfaction with Service

Posted Wed May 16, 2012 6:45 pm, by ORSON B. written to Greyhound Lines, Inc.

Write a Letter to this Company

On Sunday, May 13, 2012, my companion, Treisha Green and I were waiting over 25 minutes for a Greyhound bus to depart from New York City to Hempstead. I had to inquire from the employee in the Greyhound Information Booth to find out what was going on, and even then I was only told that the bus was running late. Additionally, I was treated with a particular lack of empathy as there was no apology for the inconvenience.

As a result of this inconvenience I want to be compensated for the fare paid or given $25.00 worth of free slot play in Atlantic City.

What more could they tell you? Buses run late especially when dealing
with NYC traffic.
