Grotto Pizza Handled Order Error Wonderfully!

Thank you very much for your excellent customer service on Sunday 7/19/08!
I placed an order for a Regular pizza over my cell phone and, when I arrived to pick up my pizza, it was discovered that a record of my order could not be located and that my order had not yet been started.
Although my order had not been started yet, Evan - one of your employees - grabbed a supervisor and the two of them decided to provide me with a large pizza for the same price as a regular to compensate me for the error with my order.
I wanted to take the time to thank you and to provide words of thanks to these two employees. They handled the order screw-up fabulously and should be commended for their focus on customer service.
(As an FYI, a similar situation occurred to me at a Domino's pizza store on Kirkwood Highway, DE in June of 2008. Domino's failed to handle the matter appropriately and the Corporate office never even contacted me when I alerted them to the poor treatment I received from the worker at the Domino's store.)
Grotto's handled this error, when it occurred, wonderfully...whereas Domino's failed miserably in handling it correctly.
For this reason, I will definitely return to Grotto's in the future and I have made Grotto's my first choice out of all of the pizza chains.
Thank you once again to Evan and to the supervisor who's name I did not obtain! Their focus on customer service is very much appreciated!
