Zack is the greatest

Zack, the front desk manager at the Hampton Inn in Sweetwater Texas was great. He helped us with problems with Hotiwire,an online reservation service and made our stay very nice.

This young man needs a raise as I almost never get this type of treatment.

This is excellent feedback. I am sure when Zack and his manager hear
about it they too will agree.

On the chance that corporate is not as quick as you to recognize Zack
I suggest you shoot a hard copy of your letter to the attention of the
general manager at that location:

302 Se Georgia Avenue
Sweetwater, Texas 79556
