Rehab my Customer Service Experience

This morning at the Lugoff location it took 20 minutes to get the food, coffee out front was low old and cold, coffee supplies were all but out, employees were moving like sloths (suspected the lady was on drugs), when wife took coffee cup to counter it was another 7 minutes and then I lost it, lady wanted to know why I wanted a refund - by then our food was cold waiting on coffee, somebody tell Jennifer to fire this crew - gee whiz.
Rehabilitate employees or fire them.
