 Hardee's is getting bad!!

I visited the Hardees on LongBranch road in Dunn NC. It was the worst experience I have ever encountered. We were asked to order at the window. So we did. It was all downhill from there. They made us pull forward and wait for our food, even though there were no cars in line. We waited 15 minutes for our food. It was cold upon arrival. We didn't receive a fry, and two employees argued with us about it even though it was listed on the receipt but not in the bag. Therefor, the food was very cold by this time. The lettuce on the burgers was wilted and soggy. The tomatoes were rotten. The meat was very dry and tasted as though it had been cooked the day before. The fries were cold and therefor very hard. The chicken sandwich was cold and the lettuce was bad. We ordered a strawberry peach milkshake. We received two milkshakes. One was strawberry and one peach. We paid for two shakes on the bill so we drank both. The milkshakes were good. I was thankful that I had a milkshake since I could not eat the sandwich. I've never made a complaint on Hardees or any other fast food restaurant, but it was so bad that my kids could not finish there meal and was all tossed in the trash. I have three kids and I spend at least 20 to 30 dollars every time I eat at fast food establishments. It cost me $23.43.
This Hardee's establishment should be evaluated.
