Three cheers for HP! I have an HP Pavilion laptop that I've been very happy with. Unfortunately when I went to turn it on today I discovered the hard drive had failed. It is still under warranty, thank goodness, so I called their tech support line, prepared for a long wait and a rep I probably wouldn't understand. Imagine my surprise and delight when I was not only connected instantly, but to a rep that spoke perfect english! It being a Sunday afternoon I was expecting the worst. My issue was handled quickly and a new hard drive shipped out to me. The entire phone call took less than 20 minutes! Three cheers for HP, who hasn't forgotten what good customer service is all about!
