I find it ridiculos to have to wait on hold for over 30 minutes on the phone and never get anyone to answer. After hanging up and calling back again....Same problem...left on hold...
This cannot be good for business and really upsets customers. I will shop elsewhere and send this complaint to the corporate office. Maybe they can resolve...

I had just finished shopping at Home Depot, and when I got home and realized I had a coupon that I could have used to save me $5 off the purchase. I returned the next day to redeem the coupon and was told that it was against policy to refund the coupon - I'd have to use it during my next purchase.
How silly is that? Why make me go through the hassle? Of course I'll make future purchases,...

Hi, I had to replace my washing machine and received the best service! Kris and James were very helpful, but I couldn't have expected better service from the delivery/installation guys.These gentleman were professional, efficient and friendly. Well done Home Depot!

To whom it may concern:
I have spent a lot of time and money at Home Depot recently, particularly store #2584. Recently, I have had trouble finding certain smaller items and the store has been pretty understaffed so no one was ever around to assist, even after being paged by other employees.
I then decided on January 30, 2013 to order some items I needed online, with the store pickup option....

ln the last part of October 2012 I registered to discontinue paper invoices from Home Depot which has
never happened. The reason I wanted to go to online billing was my plans to be out of the country for
the winter. l am curently living in Baja California, Mexico, We do have a temporary mailing address in
