I would like to bring to your attention a problem I had with the overall experience at Home Depot, Inc., and I hope someone can do something about it. The store I'm referring to is located at Store number 251 located at 1245 NE 163rd street, North Miami Beach, Florida 33162. (305)940-6503.. This incident has left me extremely angry.

I have purchased a kitchen from Home Depot Store number 251 located at 1245 NE 163rd Street, North Miami Beach, Florida 33162 Phone number (305) 940-6503. I spent well over $7,500 in July of 2004 and to my dismay my kitchen is still not completed. It's been 5 months and counting and I still do not have a complete kitchen, and on top of that I have materials and items which one of your "Kitchen Designers" made me purchase and was not needed for my kitchen. Now I am having difficulties returning the items at my local Home Depot. I have been more than patient and my patience is running thin. It is unbelievable that a company that prides itself as the "You can do it, We can help" are not helping me at all. Instead I am getting the run around and have been left without a kitchen for the past 6 months and counting. I don't know who might be reading this letter, but please imagine yourself with out a kitchen for 6 months, washing your dishes in a bathroom sink, having no where to store your pots, pans, dishes, utensils, or can food. Having no counter top to rest the toaster or coffee machine on. Being embarassed to have people come to your home because your kitchen's in shambles. Having Thanksgiving dinner at a resturant because you have no kitchen to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner in. I decided to go to Home Depot to purchase my kitchen believing that Home Depot is more than a "Mom and Pop's" shop that will be responsible and timley in completing a simple kitchen cabinet and counter top install, instead I have walked into a living nightmare and Home Depot is to blame.

As a result of this incident I will do everything I can to avoid Home Depot, Inc. in the future, and I will certainly advise others to avoid your store.

Here's what I'd like to see happen: Retribution some how for the incovenience and suffering of being without a basic necessity in a home which is a kitchen. I also want to be reimbursed for all the extra material that the Home Depot "Kitchen Designer" made me purchase, which wasn't even necessary. I could of applied those funds towards extra options which were offered to me for my kitchen, instead I got shafted with the unecessary items.

I hope you are willing to address my concerns. I look forward to receiving a response within 10 business days.
