My compliment is for Joe who now works in Moreno Valley, Pigeon Pass garden but used to be in lumber. About 2 weeks ago I was puchasing some cull pallets and joe was in the lumber area with the pallet lift/ forklift and I asked if he would mind holding on a second to help me load the pallets because they needed to be paid for. He said yes and as I approached him he asked for my receipt and noticed there was payment missing for 1 pallet. He waited for me to return with the additional pallet payment and I thought this was great. The reason it is so great is that is was around 8:30pm and I know for a fact he had duties in his own area to complete before closing. He not only put a customer first but he was attentive in catching the unpaid pallet which would probably never been missed. Though it costs me another pallet, I was impressed with his dedication and patience in this situation. I suspect management will be in this employee's future. I have actually had many instances throughout the past year with him and again I must say "Great job Joe"

Sandra W.,

Good feedback using PFB.com to catch Joe at the top of his game.

Just in case corporate is othewise occupied I suggest that you shoot a
copy of your letter to the Store Manager at that location asking that
it be shared with Joe and a copy be placed in his personnel jacket.

Again, good feedback.

BillR.
