Closed account continued billing error

Write a Letter to this Company
I cancelled service with Hostway and you continued to bill my credit card thru August. I have emails showing the chain of events and the request for cancellation and they are clear.
I have also communicated with my account manager each week for the last month to check on the status, The account manager Meg has stopped all communications since blaming billing. I am at a loss on what to do next. It is disappointing I have to write a note like this but such poor customer service and fraudulently charging my credit card must be addressed.
I am demanding an immediate refund of the months post cancellation. I also want to speck with an leader in the company because this level of service and abuse is unacceptable.
