I wrote a letter about 4 months ago about the payment policies and attitudes by the representives at HSBC Bank, with whom I have a Best Buy credit card. I have been with HSBC for over 2 years now and had 3 cards with them. I recently closed one fo my cards. But the other 2 have annual fees they were willing to waive the annual fee on my bestbuy rewardzone mastercard for a year, and would not waive anything on my orchard bank card, and would not remoeve any of the annual fees perminatly.
