This is actually for HSBC Middle East (UAE & Jordan)
Had multiple incidents recently where the bank has charged me for fees that I wasn't aware of, if I didn't notice such fees on my statement, such fees would have just gone unnoticed.
Contacting the bank is almost impossible! no one answers the land lines or extensions. Sending requests for call back via the internet banking is useless...

Today I was shopping in suburbia and realized I needed singles to make my purchases easier for the storekeepers instead of giving them the big bills I had in my purse, so I walked into HSBC bank and asked the teller to exchange my twenty dollar bill for twenty singles. I have tried for over a month to get someone to understand that there is a problem with your "easyview" website. It can not access your own HSBC personal internet banking website! I had been using easyview to monitor all me accounts Chase, M&T, American Funds, Hartford, Sears and so on. also, HSBC personal banking website. Then , HSBC changed the login procedure at the personal site...

I was a cardholder for HSBC/Best Buy card back in 1999. That account was closed. I opened a new account in 2010 that was put in their "plan b" program without any notification. Their "plan b" program provides a very minimal balance without the opportunity to increase the limit. Had I been made aware of this, I likely would not have accepted the card.
