HSBC, You've Just Earned a Loyal Customer For Life!
by Laura A. of Chicago Area, Illinois written to HSBC Bank USA Posted Mon November 16, 2009 5:15 pm

I am 26 currently, but during my college years I relied on credit cards and was not responsible with them by any means--my score dropped drastically and I was not prepared for how this would affect me later in life. I have since learned from my past mistakes, researched credit repair, and am diligent about checking my credit reports and FICO scores. I now have rent that I pay monthly, a cell...

I wrote a letter about 4 months ago about the payment policies and attitudes by the representives at HSBC Bank, with whom I have a Best Buy credit card. It took a little while but I was recently contacted by Carrie Rowe and I have to say I was very pleased how she handled it. She was extremely nice and very understanding. I was refunded the processing fee and my account now has a fixed payment...

by M G. of Joshua Tree, California written to HSBC Bank USA Posted Mon September 21, 2009 8:59 pm

I have been paying down all of my credit card debt over the last year (about $5000 left now in total), and the one card I do use, I pay off every month ( a card with 0% interest to boot). I was paying at least $100 a month on the other three until things got tight financially, and I still pay either $50, or $20 over the minimum whichever is highest. My credit rating is very good, and I have never...

Automatic Bill pay
by RENAE R. of NEWPORT NEWS, Virginia written to HSBC Bank USA Posted Tue July 28, 2009 8:21 am

I set-up bill pay, yet every year & everytime I reach a zero balance, bill pay has to be re-set and of course I incur a late payment fee. What is the purpose of setting-up automatic bill pay if you have to continually monitor and re-set the payment schedule?

I would like my payments deducted whenever I have a balance. This is just a scheme.

email notes:
Dear Roundtree, Ranae E CIV...
