I had a credit card account with Best Buy in partnership with HSBC. The partial account number reported on my credit report is This account was settled and paid for a reduced amount. This was a few years ago. As per the settlement agreement with HSBC/Best Buy, I was informed that once they received the payment I agreed to, they would delete this tradeline from all 3 credit bureaus. I have made good on my end of our verbal contract and HSBC/Best Buy has not.I recently ran my credit report to prepare buying a home. This is when I noticed that HSBC/Best Buy has not deleted this tradeline as agreed.

I would like HSBC/Best Buy to delete the tradeline from my Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion credit reports as was agreed in the settlement of this account.
