I'll take a shot at this one:

Had an account with HSBC Bank in 2004. The account was not actually
mine, but collection agency in 2004 said if I paid, they would remove
it from my credit report. Well, four years later, it's still there
even though it's been paid. The collection agency is no longer
showing up (asking for the money) on my credit report, but the HSBC
account is. How can I deal with this?

This sentence, if you can call it that, makes no sense at all.
