Late Payment

I have an account with HSBC. I didn't receive a statement in Aug 2007. I then received a 30 day late on my CR. I called and explained the situation to which I was informed it would be removed. The removed all late fees, but not the CR 30 day late.

I have sent GW letters, but I keep getting the same answers. They can do nothing to remove the 30 day late from my CR.

All I am asking is to have a SINGLE 30 day late removed from Aug 2007.

Not receiving a bill is no excuse for not paying your bill, especially
with computers.

Cancel the card, live on what you earn. If you play with the snakes,
you will eventually get bit.

credit reports (or any reports) if we could just request that things
that make us look bad be removed.
I'm a serial killer, do you think if I ask they'll remove that from my
criminal history?
