I had an account with Hsbc back in 2003 and am asking you to please remove my late payments due to health conditions and am asking you to please delete my late payments on the account so i can gain rebuild my credit with your company. .

I would like all lates to be removed off my account

For WHATEVER reason, your bills were not paid and your credit history reflects that.
