HSBC Card Services/HFC accounts

I've been a long customer of HSBC and I'm and furious with this company. Ever since their smaller company HFC started closing all their local branches, HSBC has stopped working to help customers and they are forwarding all customers who have unfortunately broken their contract no matter what the reason to collection agencies. Customers be on the look out. Even if you have made payment arrangements with them, they are now exercising their option to kick you to the curb with no explanations allowed. I just had 2 of my accounts kicked to the curb, even though I had worked out payment arrangements with them. They are selling my accounts. They have sold 2 of my accounts, how many more will they sell? Now, they won't accept my calls and I can only speak to collection agencies. Honestly, I shouldn't be in the collection agency. It's not like I was not paying what they asked in the payment arrangement, so why would they kick me to curb. BEWARE of HSBC! I will never do business with this company ever again.

To rectify this situation, they need to be a reputable company that backs their agreements made with consumers and keep their honesty and willingness to work with consumers. They need to reinstate my accounts but since they sold them I don't know what they can do.

This is common in these economic times.
You must have broken your contract, so they are taking action against
you.

If you wish to avoid similar issues in the future, stay away from debt
and use cash.
