Harrassing Phone Calls!!

These sound like collection calls. Youre not going to like my advice,
but ive found its the only thing that works: Change your phone
number.

If this "Brian" person has defaulted on one account, its a good bet he
has defaulted on others, which will only lead to more calls. You may
tell them to stop calling you, but as the debt gets passed onto other
agencies, they will start calling you.

I had wrong number collection calls from HSBC back in 2006, I went
through heck trying to get them to stop calling. The rep I spoke to
accused me of lying and trying to cover for the person they were
after. The only resolution I had was after changing my number.

If you do go that route, ask your phone provider to give you a number
that was not previously issued.
