cashing out points at opinionsquare

I am a panel member at opinionsquare - one of your research platforms. I have been trying to redeem some of my points, but the redeem link is NOT available on my webpage. I have been e-mailing your tech support sine 4/25/06, and all I have gotten is one e-mail saying they are "looking into" the situation. Since then, I have gotten NOTHING but your auto response.

All I want is the redeem link activated so that I can cash out. All you have to do is look at my account and you can see that I have enough points. I DO NOT understand what the holdup is - and I am VERY annoyed at your worthless tech support dept. proxyblue@copper.net
