I've written a compliment / complaint letter every now and then, but basically I hang around the site to read and comment on what other folks are saying. :-)
While I don't like seeing companies screw people over, I also don't like seeing people complain here over things that could have been fixed with just a little effort and communication.
So, when I reply to people's letters on here, I'm probably either giving them advice, laughing at their stupidity, or agreeing that they got hosed. :-P
I try to be nice, but it doesn't always work. |
