Customer service and listening are truly lost art forms. A smile, eye contact, and sincerity are all forms of showing the customer that they are valued. When I encounter excellent service, I reward such service in the form of a tip or a letter to the business owner. Comparitively, I also report my negative experiences if I am deeply dissatisfied. I find a 5:1 ratio of great service to poor service as of late. |

I am an openly gay women in touch with both women's issues and that of the gay community. The gay dollar is being focused on products that support our community. When companies choose to advertise, it sends a clear message that no only do they want our business, they value us as people regardless of societal status.
