It's about time they took down that letter. I was getting tired of the OP typing in the same thing over and over. I think he/she was doing it for the attenion. He/she kept typing in the same things over and over again without really saying anything. I understand having your opionion but it is really closed minded if your gonna insult everyone else because there opinions don't match yours.

Good morning everyone! ;o) It is 4:30am and I am on my second cup of coffee. I don't get much of a chance to sit down and read through these. Does anyone have a good suggestions for RSS feeds since Bloglines is shitting down on Nov 1?

I just don't understand why Windows 7 is considered new? I had Windows 7 for two years on my old computer and have had Windows 8 since February on this computer. I have been seeing adds from Best Buy stating that Windows 7 is here, it's been here.

This country is nothing but a bunch of procrastinators. Don't get me wrong now, I'm right up there among the elite ones. This transitions to DTV in
February is a prime example. Over 6 million people are not ready?!@ It's not as though this is happening overnight, there has been talk and warning of this for the past 2.5 to 3 years. My hubbies tv was almost 25 years old (and still going strong),so we went and got another cause of the warning, and that was about a year ago. I know that not everyone can afford a new tv or cable, but there are coupons available out there to assist. I think that they should just go ahead with the switch and not delay it. I wouldn't be surprised to see a couple of letters here about it, and how they weren't ready for it or didn't know about it, and how it isn't fair.
Sorry for the grumpy mood, I haven't had my coffee yet. It's just that I'm tired of hearing of how people still aren't ready after almost 3 years of warnings.

I feel miserable today. I have been sick for the past 3 days. I have a sore throat and a fever. I get this about once a month or so and it is never strep cause it goes away on its own after about 4 days. Every time I go to the doctor he just tells me that it is viral and it will pass. I take a multivitamin every day and I'm a runner and this is a real pain in the ass. I'm going back to bed.

Well, it is cooler today. We had some really good storms come through last night. I got my lawn half mowed. I didn't know that there were storms coming until my neighbor stuck her head out the door and yell to me about hail.
I have never really said much on here, but today I'm in the mood to type. I didn't get out to run this morning so I have a lot of pent up energy. I m training for a marathon. I have been running up to 8 miles a day for the past couple weeks. There is the Country Music Half Marathon next April and the Pittsburgh Marathon next May. I have found that this is the best way to treat depression. It has something to do with the chemicals that are released that make you really happy. I'm not fast anymore, but I am working on it. I am working on 26 minutes or better for a 3.1 mile (5K) run. If I can get my running down to a 10 minute mile I'll be happy. I used to run a 7 minute mile but that seems like a lifetime ago. It is going to take time but it is coming with work.
I am a stay at home mom of 6 kids, including my DH, so I have the time to run. I am currently looking for a job, preferably from home, but am having trouble. I got in trouble with the state of KY and ended up with a felony on my record, which isn't helping much, so is really hindering my job hunt. Not to mention that I am no longer allowed to lift over 20-25 pounds, according to my doctor.

I just got one of those mystery shopper scam letters with a check over 4500 G's. Talk about warning bells. It told me that all fees are waived and wanted me to Western union and Money gram part of it to them, and the fees were included.Happy to say, I am contacting proper authorities about this. I'll keep everyone posted when this is over.

Is it me or does it seem that all of this Hogan complaints are either coming from the same person or the HS class is having a project? I think that there is 20+ of them between yesterday and today.

It's been almost 3 weeks now and I am feeling much better. I am a bit worried though. I feel as though I have been kicked in the groin, LOL. It is just soreness down low, it hurts the most when I get out of bed, I need to take it slow. Getting out of a chair is slow, but once I am up and moving it gets better. I am thinking that it is just soreness, but I figured that it would have been there from the start, it just started a few days ago. Hopefully the doc says that everything is going fine. I ran out of pain meds about 7 days ago, and I am hoping that he writes me a script for some more percocet.
If anyones wants more info just email me at silkekitten@bellsouth.net, I'll be happy to fill you in.

I have surgery tomorrow. I'm going in the morning. I am so worried right now that I think that I am making myself sick. I'm going to go and take a long hot bath and see if that helps. I have several different procedures going on at the same time and am not sure how I am going to feel when I wake up. My hubby says that I worry to much, but I don't see him doing anything to help relax me. Sorry for the rant, but I feel a little better. See ya later.

I'm going in for surgery on August 22. I know that that is kinda far in the future but if someone cancels earlier, I'll take that one.

What's up with all the letter lately that have been pulled? Either there are alot from the same person or a very foul one from one person. Why do these people waste there time to write a very foul letter with alot of four, five, and six letter words, it makes no sense. I am sure that these people know that the letter is going to be pulled, by the way that it is written. It shows up in the RSS feeds but when you click on it to see who wrote it to where, it is pulled.

I love to run but am having a hard time getting in miles. I usually run about 6 miles on a treadmill but can hardly get 2 miles on the road. I would love a running buddy but if anyone wants to run with me in spirit, "the more the merrier" I always say.
I still have plenty of time before I end up in surgery.

What happened today? I couldn't get into the site. It kept wanting me to authenticate my user ID and password, was this a scam or (gasp!) another hack? I know that this happened to a couple of other people.

I found this pic on the NASA.gov website. It is a pic of the Helix Nebula, it is about 700 light years away. I thought it was cool and it look like an eye in the sky. They said that there are a bunch of rowdy comets colliding and kicking up dust. You can read all about it here: http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/spitzer/news/spitzer-20070212.html

Ahhh...Hell no!! My dryer just crapped out. It is almost 10 years old, and I have gotten good use out of it. But why did it have to go when the refund is gone? I could have gotten a good washer and dryer, the top loader with no agitator and has a king sized blanket guarantee. There is no way I can afford $2,000.00 being unemployed and all 7 of us living off of my husbands salary.
I don't know anyone that is getting rid of theres and rental is out of the question, you will pay almost double what it costs through rental.
I do love going to the laundromat cause the machines are big and can handle all the colored clothes at once. I can wash everything in only 2-3 loads, where it would take me all day to wash at home. And I can use one cup of laundry detergent in only one load, the same if I used it on one load in my old washer.

Hello all. I am so excited, I have finally lost my 10th pound. I have been working on it since Aug. I run about 6 miles a day and work out in the gym and also take 2 body sculpting classes and a pilates class. I am going for 135 lbs and have a long way to go. The poundage is actually going slowly, but thankfully it is going. I actually lost 2 lbs over the holidays!!!!
If anyone is either working out or going to start an exercise program, please don't lose hope. You will gain weight in the beginning, but don't get discouraged, It will go. Don't pay attention to the scale, watch the mirror. Good luck to all of you.
