But I completely am OK with parents bringing a stroller bound child (of the age/size for a stroller) to a late movie. The reason a late movie is that they will likely sleep through the whole thing.
With the prices of movies what they are already, try getting out with your honey if you have to pay a sitter too.
The young kids (4, 5 etc.) don't belong at late movies because they will likely not sleep and will be seeing things that they may cry about or ask a ton of questions about. If you want to take your little kids to non-G rated movies, please bring them to an early show, where the other viewer would expect chatty kids to be present.
Which brings me to this: If you go to an early movie, expect to hear chatting/talking/crying/fussing/complaining. Kids have a right to go out too (even though they are still learning the rules of society).
