I WOULD DO ANY OF THE ABOVE THREE.

3. You bought a CD player and find out that it did not work. Do you. It
is past 90 day return date and the person behind the counter says you
can't
return it.

I wouldnt do any of those things. I wouldnt return it. I would just go buy
a new one. But I do know people who have bought a new one and returned the
old one with the new receipt and I think thats wrong.

4. They credit card persons told you that you can't get a credit card from
them because you live to far away from them and will not be able to pay
off
the credit card in time. You

Well, I have never heard of anyone not being able to get a credit card
because you live to far away but in that case..or any case (I have been
turned down for credit MANY times) I just blow it off. They have their
reasons and I respect that. Even thought I know my messed up credit rating
isnt my fault.

5. You went to the store and did not get what you wanted? Which btw was
something for $5 because you thought that the price was $5 when it was ten
dollars.

I would just tell them politely that if it isnt the price I thought it was
then I dont want it. Then I apologize for leaving it there. I certainly
wouldnt steal it or pitch a fit. And I know that prices get mixed up from
time to time.

6. You are at Mac's and the clerk asks you kindly to put the Root Beer
back. You misunderstood the price and did not want to pay 50 cents extra.

I wouldnt have waited to be asked to put it back. I would have just done it
myself when I realized I didnt want it. But if they asked or told me to put
it back then I wouldnt do it. While I think it is the customers job to put
back what they dont want in the right place...I dont think the employee has
any right to tell them to do it.

7. You go to a restaurant and find out that your steak is not cooked to
the way you want it.

A. You kindly tell the server that this is not what I wanted I wanted it
well done not blood rare.

And I have done that many times because I like my food cooked WEEEEEEELLLLL
done!

8.You got good service do you.

A. Recommend the place to your friends

B. Write a letter to let the manager know who helped you so they can be
acknowledged,

I would do both.

9. You are caught shopplifting do you.

I dont shoplift.

10.You go to a store on Sunday only to find out it is closed early.

B. Go back when it is open and keep in mind the timings so that you are
aware of their hours.

I worked in a store that closed much earlier on Sundays than the other days
and people would get SOOOO pissed off when they showed up and we were
closed. Especially if we were still there working in the store. they
thought that if we were there they should be able to come in and shop
regardless of what time the store closed. I would NEVER do that to anyone!
