You'll feel so much better. My friend Debra and I have been walking faithfully for almost two months now, every morning after the bus comes. We've been lucky with weather though. Plus the benefits are great. We both feel better about ourselves, so I guess those endorphins are for real :) Even if you just go for a few blocks or half hour you will feel great.
