Husband and proud father of seven children. Former advertising executive based in Southern California. (Eisamann, Johns, and Laws, following work on the Dodge Account with BBDO.) Know a thing or two about branding. Have worked on Cooper Tires, Penzoil, Walgreens, Susuki, Chevrolet, and many more.) World War II veteran...stationed in Asaam, India as part of the Army Air Force. (We were supplying the Chinese and servicing the aircraft flying supplies over the "hump" into China. Attended St. Johns college on the GI bill. Born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey.

One of the key things I learned in advertising is the importance of
"conversational pass-along." Your branded messages just don't sit out
there; they gain momentum through conversational pass-along, or what the
pundits today refer to as "word of mouth." What we appear to be seeing
here on PlanetFeedback is a form of online (and seemingly permanent)
"conversational pass-along." I'm looking forward to contributing in my
small way to this powerful phenomenon.
