Sigh... I started my new semester at Everest College. I have Accounting II,
Composition II, and a Customer Service class. Sounds like all kinds of fun,
huh?! I'm good at math and business, so I'm only worried about the Comp.
class.

Now let's talk about my team, the St. Louis Cardinals. The redbirds have
had a less than great 2007 season. They're currently in third in the
central (42-47) behind the Cubs and Brewers. Things are not looking good
for the defending champs, but I still believe that they can make a
comeback! *crosses fingers

So, not much else going on for this cookie monster.

Go Cards!!!!!

Well, being a Cards fan has seemed pretty tough these last few days. The
Cards lost 2 out of 3 games to the Royals this week. They lost the last
game against the Royals 17-8!!! As if that wasn't bad enough, they lost
last night to the Oakland A's 14-3!!! So, the Cards have given up 31 runs
in the last 2 games! Thats just terrible! The Cards pitching has just lost
it! It seems as if no one can pitch! The Cards need to make some trades
ASAP! The Cards are still in the race, but for how long? Hopefully, they
can start figuring out how to win games soon!

Go Cards!!!!!!!!!

I'm so happy! My laptop has finally been repaired. The hard drive went
completely out on it. So, had to get a new one put in. But on the plus
side, my laptop seems to be running better than ever! Now I can go back to
my favorite hobby: wasting time on the internet... lol!

Go Cards!!!!!!!!!!

I had my laptop back for less than a week, then it started having errors on
the hard drive. So, now I'm told the hard drive went completely out and
that I'm going to have to go without it for a few weeks while it's being
fixed. This is nuts! Two major problems in the same month! Oh well, at
least the hard drive will be brand new when I get my laptop back.

The Cardinals season is still like a giant rollercoaster ride. The Cards
are currently 23-29, but that is actually good enough for second place in
the NL Central. Unfortunately, catcher Yadier Molina is out for 4-6 weeks
after he broke his hand. :-( Hopefully, the Cards can end their losing ways
soon.

Go Cards!!!

I finally got my laptop back yesterday! :-) I felt so lost without it!
I've been doing pretty good lately. I've got some tougher classes this
semester. First, there's Principles of Management. It isn't too bad, but
their is a lot of work involved in that class. I also have an Accounting
class. I took an accounting class in high school. Accounting seemed a lot
tougher in high school, but for some reason, it sinks in much better a few
years later. Don't worry though, I still have time for Planet Feedback and
all the other time wasters online... lol!

Things have been pretty bad lately for any Cards fan. One of our relievers,
Josh Hancock, was killed last Sunday in a car accident. Unfortunately, his
blood-alcohol level was twice the legal limit for Missouri. This is so sad
that the Cardinals and their fans have to deal with the death of two
players in less than five years. The other death was Cards pitcher Darryl
Kile in June 2002. Also, it doesn't help that the Cards have gotten off to
a slow start. They were able to beat Houston 3-2 last night, so at least
they got a win.

Last, but not least, the Rams used their 1st round (#13 overall) pick to
get Adam Kerriger (I hope thats spelled right). He is the Defensive End
from the University of Nebraska. I'm very happy with the Rams selection.
Kerriger is a big defensive end (6'6" 296 lbs.). Hopefully, he can help the
Rams on defense.

My laptop quit working for some unknown reason, so until it's fixed, I
won't be on here very often :-(

I thought that this would be a good place to vent about how my St. Louis
Cardinals are doing. They haven't started the season the way I was hoping.
They got swept by the Mets in the their first three game series. In fact,
the Cards were outscored 20-2 in the three games! :-(

The Cards have a very important weekend series with Houston. Wainwright is
making his first start tomorrow. Hopefully he'll get off to a good start.

I don't understand what is wrong with the Cardinals offense. It seems very
rusty. The only homer has come from Scott Rolen on Tuesday night. Where is
Albert's magical bat?! I know that I shouldn't worry, it's only the first
three games of the season (There are 162 games per season). Well, I hope
St. Louis can collect some wins this weekend at Houston!

Hello everyone. If anyone reads this then thank you. For those of you want
to know I am 19, live in Springfield, Mo., and I'm currently getting my
associates degree in Business Administration.

About a year and half ago, I developed a tumor on my knee. I was diagnosed
with Ewing's Sarcoma (a bone cancer). I was 17 at the time and had to go to
St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. Fortunately, a biopsy revealed
that my tumor was not cancerous, although it had eaten away most of my
right knee and the lower portion of my femur. I spent many months in a cast
and a wheelchair (Not fun!). I had surgery last year to get the tumor and
insert a internal prosthetic knee. I then had to re-learn to walk. Now a
year later, I'm only using a cane on certain occasions. Just a little fact
about me in case you're interested.

Also, I'm a HUGE St. Louis Cardinal and St. Louis Rams fan. If you ever
want to discuss baseball or football with me, just drop me an e-mail. I'm
always happy to have a heated sports debate.

Also, as you can tell by my avatar, I love cookies! LOL!

recovery!! I look forward to seeing you around more.
