I have been a "mystery shopper" for 2 years, and have critiqued many retail outlets of all kinds. I have done clerical and communications work for several fields, including healthcare, eduction, and food service/hospitality. I have a special interest in how "customer service" is presented by various companies and individuals, and have made improvements in customer service for several of the companies I have worked for.
Special interests/areas of expertise in my life are media such as books/movies/music, pets & animals in general, cooking, and travel!
